Sometimes I think everything that is right in the world is because of Focaccia bread. It’s warm, crispy on the outside, light and fluffy on the inside, seasoned to perfection, and with one bite, all of your cares seem to just…disappear.
When I came across this “Best Focaccia Bread” link on Facebook, I knew I had to try it, and you know what “they” say, “make bread, but make it art.” I followed this recipe and right before putting in the oven, I carved some veggies and olives to design a springy, floral-scape. Get creative! Throw whatever makes you happy - it’s your focaccia art!
