If you’re looking for a simple, delicious recipe for after dinner at home or a movie night dessert, these Cinnamon Roll Cookies are the perfect option and, from my experience, a crowd favorite.
These are incredibly soft and gooey, and truly resemble a cinnamon roll.
Tip: The recipe calls to cut the cookie dough roll into 10 slices, but I found that about 14-16 made the perfect sized cookies, allowing for more servings.
