Some baking projects are weekend-long, and some situations call for just that, a therapeutic, mindful experiment.
After recently having to cancel a trip to France due to global quarantine, I decided I wanted to bring a taste of Paris home. Epicurious had just recently posted these world-renowned cinnamon buns from Circus Bakery in Paris, so I had to give them a try.
Two days of kneading dough and letting it rise led to one of the most decadent sweets I’ve ever baked. Take your time with this recipe and you’ll be in cinnamon bun heaven.
